Our founder, a licensed massage therapist with over 18 years of experience, has built this company out of a deep understanding of pain, trauma, and recovery. Having survived domestic violence, homelessness, and the struggles of raising two daughters with little support, she found purpose in healing others. Massage Therapy
Our range of massage therapy services includes sports massage, lymphatic drainage massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, deep tissue & Swedish massage, Thai massage, medical massage, couples massage, infant massage, aromatherapy, and myofascial release.
Chiropractic and Physical Therapy
We offer spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue therapy, therapeutic exercises and stretches, guided therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait and balance training, support with home exercise equipment, and patient education and recovery planning.
Nursing Care
Our nursing care services include monitoring vitals, tracking physical and cognitive health, wound care and dressing changes, personalized care plans, daily living assistance, light housekeeping and companionship, meal preparation, medication administration and monitoring, post-plastic surgery care, and IV therapy and support.
Psychiatry and Counseling Services
We provide behavioral interventions for autism and other developmental needs, support for homebound individuals, family counseling and relationship support, counseling for children and adolescents with emotional or behavioral challenges, marriage and family therapy, crisis intervention and safety planning, coping skills training, and guidance through family, work, and life conflicts.
